Pricing for
Q-BACK Remote Automatic Backup
|
|
INSTALLATION
|
| There is a one time charge
of $50.00 to cover the cost of software and installation should you
decide to subscribe. We guide you through the installation process and
the creation of your backup job. |
|
DATA STORAGE FEES
|
1 GByte or less of data (compressed):
-
$50/month, one year commitment
- $150 quarterly billing and pre-payment.
Each additional 1 GByte (compressed):
- $7.50 per additional
GByte per month.
Example: To back up between 1
and 2 GBytes per month would cost $57.50 per month, or $172.50 per
quarter.
Customers are invoiced once they cross over a 1 Gbyte increment into
the next 1 GByte increment for a period of 7 consecutive backups.
Billing will be for the balance of the quarter, and the remainder of
the 1 year committment period. However, if a customer drops below the
additional 1 GByte increment for a period of 7 consecutive backups, we
will reduce the billing level to the lower backup level.
We bill quarterly.
Please note:
Depending on the types of files compressed, and the amount of
compression selected, it is possible to back up 5 GBytes of
uncompressed data with a 1 GByte account.

RESTORATION
|
- Up to 3 file transfers
back to the customer per year for restorations is included in the
annual fee.
- Above 3 restorations per year: $50. per additional restoration over
3.
Restorations can also be received on CD-ROMs or DVD. For CD-ROMs, there
is an additional $5.00 shipping and handling fee which will be charged
in addition to FedEx or Airborne to defray media preparation costs. For
DVDs, there is an additional $20. shipping and handling fee which will
be charged in addition to FedEx or Airborne to defray media preparation
costs. |

BACKUPS
|
| All backups will initially
be full backups. Subsequent backups will be incremental (new and
changed files only). Backup will be done each night, 7 nights per week,
52 weeks per year. The Q-BACK
Remote Automatic Backup process is fully automated after it is
set up. Customers can easily change their backup job to reflect changes
in their folders or the addition of other PCs on their networks. |
